Read More we had nothing but the most positive experience. Arlex is amazing and extremely professional in every way. There was absolutely no pressure at all during our process as well. One very important thing to us was being able to get ahold of Arlex when we had any questions. Arlex was always available to speak to personally. This really gives you confidence in the company you are working with. It is such a pleasure not getting a recording or a live person that can't help you. Arlex only hires the most professional installers available. We had Jesus and Jorge (both USMC veterans) who were always nothing but professional, always on time and extremely hard working. The job they did was amazing, as I had no idea just how much has to be done to install solar. Not only was it done perfectly, it was installed beautifully. We show everyone that comes over what a beautiful job they did as we feel it is a work of art. They are also EXTREMLY neat and clean during their entire process, leaving absolutely No trash behind. You would never even have known they had been there working so hard all day because of how clean and neat they are. We not only have a beautiful solar system for life, we feel we also have friends for life in Arlex, Jesus and Jorge. We would recommend Cyberdyne to ANYONE who is looking into getting solar. The process has taken me a little while due to personal challenges, etc. Kohl has been with me the whole way answering questions and even helping me to complete the process when I couldn’t, as I was in a physical rehab facility. When the company came to install the solar panels, every single member of the crew was friendly and polite. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Today, I was on the phone at some length getting my monthly payment set up, and the woman helping me was very patient and kind. I have been amazed at how economical it is and how little it is costing me.

Read More easy, and I always received a promp response when I had questions about my solar project and pricing. Panels were installed in a day. The only Con I can think of is one of the workers accidently taking my ladder accidently at the end of the day, which they ended up returning the next day. I'd definitely highly recommend them, and will do business with them again, if I need more panels and/or get a home battery pack.
